- Dodd-Frank Certification Form - Needed for the HAFA short sale program. This form states whether or not a homeowner has been convicted of certain crimes within the last 10 years.
- Form 4506-T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return) - Used in place of hard copies of your income tax returns.This form authorizes your bank to order copies of your full tax return from the IRS.
- Sample Hardship Letter - Every homeowner must present a hardship letter to the bank in order to receive short sale approval. Hardship can be loss of income, death in the family, relocation, negative equity, etc.
